First of all I’d like to say that I do apologise if this is not in the right place. If it isn’t and someone could point me in the right place then it would be greatly appreciated

I’m doing a project for college which revolves around gathering data to prove/disprove my hypothesis that Mesmer is the most popular class. So if you could all leave a comment stating your favourite class, your most played class, your preferred/usual game mode (sPvP, WvW, PvE), your age, gender and hours played on your account. It would be a great help!

The forums might not be the best way to go about this. Only a tiny portion of the population visits the forums. Maybe hang around the bank in Lion’s Arch and count the classes that come by? Or maybe someone has some kind of raw data of class populations.

Hey there Boysenberry! I need to gather my information from a range of sources, so I have gathered data myself whilst playing and also through a survey on reddit! This was just another way of me collecting more data from another source. Thank you very much for your suggestion and response

I have absolutely no idea what the actual most popular class is. My personal favorite is thief (daredevil).
