Most popular class?

What are the most popular classes? Is elementalist top 3?

D/D Elementalist takes no skill but is good at everything in the game.
Mesmer is unfun to play against and does everything better than thieves.
Hoping those two get gutted with nerfs

Elementalist is Top 1 right now. It’s the best profession in PvE and sPvP and one of the best in WvW.

Popular is most played, and I am pretty sure it’s still Warrior.
(At the end of year 1 it was at least.)

I agree with Thaddeus that Ele is the ‘best’, although Mesmer is close, but almost everyone I know has at least one Warrior.

Angelina is free game again.

I don’t think that ele is the most popular, even though it is the best class.
Warrior and ranger are the most popular classes for sure.

I believe not too long ago some statistics were posted that pretty much unified warrior and ranger as the top played class, both sitting at 15% iirc.
