I got a Plush Tiger Charr back-slot skin from a Black Lion chest, I got this on my engineer and I transmuted it with another back-slot item(Ghostly Spineguard from AC).
Now I want to use this backpiece skin on my ranger character, but I can’t seem to transmute it with another item to make it account bound like with other weapons/armour.
Is it intended for this backpiece item to be permanently on the character I found it on, or is there a way to move it to my ranger?
