Can I buy multiple Carapace Boots with just one Boot Requisition Order or do I need multiple Boot Requisition Orders?

If I need multiple Requisition Orders, how do I get more than one?

If I’m way off base, I’d like to know how to get all 3 weights of the Carapace Boots while only having one level 80 character available to complete the storyline.

It should unlock the item at the vendor.

You just need the one, I believe. After you unlock it at the vendor, you then need to grind 3000 Bandit Crests for the 3 weights, or get very lucky from Lost Bandit Chests.

You can buy as many as you want from the vendor.

The one order unlocks all three weights for purchase, presumably forever. You could buy 10 of one weight if you wanted to spend that many crests.
