Q:
Hello. I have a question regarding movement speed calculations. How does it work when a player uses multiple movement speed boosts?
For example, a thief using “Signet of Shadows” (25%) and “Rune of The Traveler” (5%) at the same time. There is also a trait which gives the ability to “Move 33% faster while in stealth”.
I’m under the impression that:
Signet + Rune = 130%
Stealth = 133%
That is only a 3% increase by using the trait (making it obsolete). Is that correct?
Thanks!

From what I understand is that no speed buffs stack. So you will be 5% if you just have the rune. 25% if you have the Signet on so your 5% rune is wasted. If you are in stealth you get 33% so both the signet and the rune will go to waste.
The only advantage of having the Signet of Shadows ( if its 25% when passive) and the Rune of the Traveler at the same time is when you activate the Signet to get the Active bonus you lose the passive bonus….the rune would still allow you to have 5% until your Signet recharges to passive status for your run speed again.
The rune stacks with other speed boosts.
Everything else doesn’t. I think the max you can get is 33%
