Mystic Claymore Question

Hi Guys,
I’m really confused myself…. I was looking at this video of the Mystic Claymore and decided to craft it. But for some reason my Sword doesn’t react the same as this person’s like the effects of an attack. Can someone please help me?

Ahhhhh.. that sucks… I thought those Electric stuff comes out from the sword itself
