1 clover from 25 tries tells me so.

Yes, your sample of 25 clearly demonstrates that the RNG around the entire mystic forge, used by thousands of users per day, multiple times has been modified.

Worked fine for me. I used the recipe where you get 10 at a time. Took me around 15 tries to get all 77.
