The patch notes for it say: “Each Name Change Contract can change one character’s name once”. At first this gave me the impression that you can only change a character’s name once, ever. However, I suspect now that it means each individual contract can only change a name once. Can I change the same character’s name multiple times with multiple contracts? I fear commitment :P

It says “Each Name Change contract”. So yes, another contract will let you change the name again, once.
