I figure in this case the rule that apply and the actual reason are different. The objection is prolly that it is a spoiler for new people. This itself isn’t a good thing to do but not an offense that can be banned. The naming policy however says that: ‘Reference names of copyrighted or trademarked characters, materials, or products’ are not allowed. Normally they are rather with it but they are prolly using this rule to prevent you from spoiling more.
Not at all. You cant even say thats a spoiler because its obvious

Not really, If you listen to the lore, only the vigil and the priory wants to defeat the elder dragons. The order of whispers is looking for ways to get them back to sleep. So that you defeat him is a spoiler and not obvious.

its incredibly obvious to anyone familiar with guild wars 1, as in all 4 games/expansions you ended up killing some final large (incredibly easy to kill) boss, thinking that it wouldnt be the same way in gw2 is just plain stupidity

I’m not going to argue whether it’s obvious or not, but a lot of people who play Guild Wars 2 have not played Guild Wars 1, nor do they know anything about the lore, etc (based on personal experience, and seeing people ask about it).
