Name of the Skins? [Need Help!]
I know the GS is Dawn or eternity , and the backpack is one of the legendary fractal backpack tiers (unbound?). Can’t help with the armor though
I especially mean the armors
Weapon: Sunrise
Backpack: Ad Infinitum
Head: Wreath of Cooperation
That picture doesn’t show the armor well enough to easily identify it. Shoulders and gloves maybe but the chest, leggings and boots are either partially or completely obscured. I suggest you go to your bank and preview from your wardrobe.
ANet may give it to you.

Completely erroneous. If your trying to mislead the OP, you’ve done a fine job of it.
Dawn is the precursor to the GS in question, doesn’t have any apparent glow afaik. The most discernible difference between Eternity and Sunrise is, apart from lack of ‘glossy and reflective’ footfall effects in the latter, the presence (or absence) of a trademark coruscent pommel. In this case unless I’m mistaken, as it’s not really overly clear, he seems to be wielding a Sunrise as GS.
The shoulders look to possibly be norn heavy cultural T3. So when you preview at a bank wardrobe, do it on a norn. You won’t be able to see the cultural armor on another race.
I’m sure I recognise the gloves but I can’t seem to find anything which matches them in the Wiki’s armour gallery.
Edit: I think they’re Draconic gloves and I agree with Donari that the shoulders are probably Norn heavy T3.

I know it probably wasn’t your intention but your post comes across as very aggressive. Dawn and Sunrise are very easy words to mix up considering they mean the same thing and the two swords are closely related. I know I often struggle to remember which is the precursor and which is the legendary.
The important thing in this case is it’s close enough that if the OP didn’t recognise the sword they can now find out. It may not be exactly the right name but “Completely erroneous” is rather an exaggeration.

Shoulders are definitely Norn heavy t3. The bottom half is too obscured to tell, but the skirt COULD be the “butt cape” from the Arah heavy set. Or it could be any of the other leg pieces with a “butt cape” (Norn heavy t3, HotW heavy, Carapace heavy, etc.). As for the dyes, again, it’d be nearly impossible to tell which dyes were used because the color is affected by the setting and atmosphere, the computer that captured the screenshot, and our own computers.

If you want to copy the look my advice would be simply to copy the identifiable skins and then use the wardrobe to work out what would go best with them. That solves the problem of some skins being too obscured to identify and allows you to add your own style to the character.

Leggings appear to be Braham’s Heavy Armor skin from gemstore (The red part appears to be the fur ornament that wraps around the leggings). Leggings appears to be dyed with celestial dye.
Not sure about the chest since it is heavily obscured. But I think its probably Braham’s Heavy Armor chest skin because the shoulders are left exposed and a noticeable fur trim. Sort of hard to tell what dye is used- some kind of white dye for the fur trim and maybe midnight blue or abyss for the rest.
Can’t see the boots at all so can’t help with that.
As mentioned by others, gauntlets definitely appear to be draconic. Gauntlets appear to be either gold, redemption, pyre, illumination or some other bright ‘golden’ colored dye. Shoulders are definitely norn t3 cultural. I’m fairly sure it is dyed with the Charred dye.
