Guild Wars 2

Hi, I am trainning a necro and found that the down stat 1 and 2 not seem like to work. I know people say necro has many bugs, but I just want to have a quick answer.

When I hit 1, enemy target doesn’t seem to lose hp. Hit 2 no one got fear and run away. Never get to hit 3 and got finished off so fast (even when I am a tanky build XD). 4 is working. So, I never get back from down stat so far. Down = dead for me now. Is this a known issue?

Well, idk about the first 2 things you mentioned, but the third one is an important one.
Necros have a third of the downed health as everyone else in PvE/WvW for some indiscernible reason.
The tankiest necro will still be defeated after being downed faster than the glassiest ele/thief will.

Ok I see, so 1/3 of downed HP is probably why I never felt 1 or 2 were working, simply because I died too fast after I was downed. No wonder a random spider can 2-hit shot me after I was down. Thx for the tip~ :P
