Hmmm… servers… it depends what you want fromthe server?
Where it be dedicated WvWvW, active pvp, PvE or just a friendly community.

For UK I recommend either Gunnars Hold or Aurora Glade but nice communities I think Gunnars has one of the most friendliest and helpful players.
