I am so confused and frustrated. I have completed every map 100%… every vista, every waypoint, every skill point, every point of interest, in both the pve world and wvw. Just last week I was stuck at 98%, and when I checked my map the ONLY things missing were two vistas in one wvws borderland. I just finally got them… but NO 100% WORLD COMPLETION. So I look at my map again… suddenly I have a LOT of missing pois, vistas, sps and wps. But, if I mouse over each and every map they are all 100% COMPLETE. I know some new wps were added so I port to each zone and look for them, and found 2 missing wps, and now EVERY map says 100% complete. How can every map be 100% complete but I don’t have world completion? Was a bunch of stuff added in the last patch? What’s the deal? Anyone think they might know what my problem is and how I can resolve it? I am missing 10 vistas (huh??) 16 poi (wtf??) and 3 sp! But just last week all I was missing was 2 vistas!

Sounds like there might be a few missing from one of the maps. Can you take a screenshot of your overall completion in the top left corner?

Also, with the maps themselves, have you completed each of the four borderlands in WvW? From what you describe as missing, it sounds like a full zone is unexplored.

Yes I have 100% borderlands completion, and eternal battleground complete. And I have ported to each pve zone map and checked them. All 100% complete. But when I look at world map, the overall completion information says i have 10 vistas, 16 poi, and 3 sp missing. Oddly, last week they all said complete except 2 vistas, which i grabbed today. So I am really frustrated and confused.

Have you got everything in all the cities?

Hmm… well, the only change that went in with the recent patch was the two extra WPs added.

Only other thing I can think of is what Twaddle said. You have 100% in all six cities?

If you take a look on your Achievements tab under the Explorer tab, can you list your completion for the various zones? (Krytan Explore, Ascalon Exploer, Maguuma Explorer, Shiverpeak Explorer, Orr Explorer)

Ascalon is buggy it shows an extra waypoint but that is within AC so not sure if that will effect your 100% or not.

I would say this is correct. It would be pretty conincidental to have the exact number of of POI’s, vistas and SP’s needed for a borderland map, but not have that be the issue.

The only other thing I can suggest is listing all the maps and checking if you are missing any. If you only have one character then also check your achievements tab. If it says something like Shiverpeaks explorer 154/174 you must be missing a zone there, etc.

Gavorn, Ascalon isn’t buggy. They added a new WP in there for the Langmar Estate. It is directly south of Guardpoint Decimis Waypoint in the Plains of Ashford.

I had something kind of similar just now. I had every WvW and PvE map on the map screen explored 100%, but I was missing 1 Point of Interest. Guess what… not every map appears on the map screen. The PoI I was missing was so apt; I went to the mists and grabbed a bunch of PoI’s there, but they don’t count. I went to the Hall of Monuments to check the PoI there – I had it, but it made me think about the Orders. Each one has an inner sanctum. I’d mapped the Priory and Vigil bases, which left… yes, the Sanctum of Secrets, hidden in it’s own little instance was the final secret.

Had a similar problem got 100% got the been there done that but no world completion items. Bug reported it the suggestion was revisit all the cities and the whispers hideout.

went to LA and bonced through the portals to each city got a completion reward for the Char citadel and then ta ding world completion
