Q:
Need help for leveling!!
Well, if you indeed stick to the starting location of your race (for Humans: Queensdale, Sylvari: Caledon Forest, …), then you’ll encounter indeed hearts/events that are for a bit higher level (starting areas are for lvl 1-15).
Advice here: Go check out the starting areas of the other classes.. You can take an asura gate in your homecity to Lion’s Arch, and from there you can take an asura gate from the portal plaza to another homecity (and from there on you can enter the starting area of that city).
Just do the hearts/events that are for your level (or below), once the level is too high, move to another area and carry on.. And of course, don’t forget to head back to those areas from time to time (when you gained some levels)..

Early in the game, walk to areas instead of fast travelling. It saves you money and you can fight things and gather along the way. I took this stop-and-smell-the-flowers approach on my character and I was well ahead of the curve. If you are not past 15 by the time you finish the starter zone, as mentioned above, hit another starter zone.
Use XP boosters if you got them as well. Once you are ahead of the curve you will do fine.

Your personal story missions should give you a healthy chunk of experience now and then, too.

Either find the gate in your home city to travel to Lions Arch or Click the PVP icon at the top left and travel to the Heart of the Mists. There is a gate right in front of you that takes you to Lions Arch.
Clear Lions Arch and then travel through the gates at the hub to any of the other race cities (and clear all those). You can then access the other race starter areas and not have to worry about being too low level.

The fastest way to level is to stay in a zone that is 2 levels higher than your toon, doing your personal story can guide you to the zones that make sense, which also helps you with leveling, especially if you are a lower level than the zone you are in.
