I’m here seeking your advice regarding rerolling.
The thing is – I am a one char player (means I dont pve with any chars other than my “main” – this is not the case with pvp however). Ever since the first gw2 announcement few years ago I was 112% sure I was going to play a warrior just like I’ve been playing war for years since prophecies. Been playing @ bwe’s as a war and really enjoyed, BUT the thing is that I somehow rolled a guardian (I still don’t really know how) and this decision has been eating me from the inside since the headstart – I want to play a warrior, I dont want to play a monk or atleast a wamo. But the more time/resources were invested into this char – harder it was to reroll. Got kodan armor set power/vit/toughness (It really took a while to get this one), got jewelering,armorsmith,weaponsmithing,cooking and artificing to 400 etc.. in other words lots of time was invested into this char – got lots of various armor/jewel/weapon sets for dps/support.
So getting back to the reason I am here – I need help rerolling: tell me how it should be done, can the soulbound stuff be somehow transmuted?(for example that uncraftable power/vit/toughness set) or should it just be salvaged for ectos? I’ve also got 78% of map completed – are the exploration gifts tradeable?

Any advice is welcome!

You are a twit lol. You wanted to play a Warrior since headstart but you almost maxed out a Guardian instead. That’s funny.

Soulbound stuff is lost if you intend to delete the character (which would be stupid…), salvage it if you can.

Gifts of Exploration are account bound not soul bound so you can still use them on other toons.

Well, I wouldn’t salvage all the gear on your Guardian, just in case you want to come back to him. As for rerolling, if you want to level your warrior ASAP (and have a few golds), I suggest you take a look here :

If you’re going to salvage all your guardian’s gear, you may as well just delete him — but that would be nuts considering how much time you put in. Just keep your guardian as is and either “retire” him from active play (who knows, you may decide to pull him out of retirement at some point), or use him exclusively for PvP going forward. If nothing else, he’s good to go for WvW.

Start your warrior as a different race, and then enjoy a new class, a new region and a new racial storyline.
