I have completed everything except 2 POI. Apart from running to every area of the map again, is there any way to find out which are the ones I’ve missed?

I don’t think there is.
One you may have missed is the Chantry of Secrets in Bloodtide Coast, since it is in its own instance.
Did you get the POI in fort trinity? (Straits of Devastation). That might be another one.
