Hello everyone, im from Tarnished Coast

Here is my question, i need help with the leveling guide. Im still new and newbie. My necro at level 5 now. Where should i level? Or doing My Story quest is the only way?

If you haven’t gotten to the lv5 Personal Story step then it wouldn’t hurt to do it now. You get less benefit from it if you wait.

You can level pretty much anywhere as long as the mobs are not more than 3 or 4 levels above you. Although for someone new it would be best to stick with mobs less than or equal to your current level. There isn’t much penalty for fight mobs below your level. You’ll still get about the same exp and drops.

If you stick to areas close to your level and do the events, each event will get you around 7% of your level.

To add to that:

• Maxing one crafting profession gives a total of 10 levels, with Discovery (finding the recipies yourself) yielding the highest gains.
• Gather everything and explore everywhere, since gathering and unlocking Waypoints, points of interest vistas and hearts also gives XP.
• Do all of your Dailies, and not just the ones needed for laurels, since each achievement gives XP.
