Guild Wars 2

Ok, so I constantly make new characters and the get frustrated in PvP or even PvE or something and end up deleting them, and starting over, ive pretty much leveled every single profession to at least level 30.

I just need help on choosing a profession that would best fit me.

What I like in a champ. Note Ive really tried to like Warrior cuz it seems to be the one to fit me, but they just are not for me.

Mobility
Survivability (note this doesnt meen they have to be tanky but if i needed i could build them and they could survive a lot)
Good in PvP and PvE
I havent done any WvW but i like watching a lot of roaming vids and that is something i would like to be able to do well.

Ive been thinking heavily on Elementalist, but im not 100%

Im not sure if Elementalist is worth it to level, ive seen a lot of post about them not being good, although most are from a while back.

Are Elementalist a good pick? are they strong in sPvP, WvW, and PvE?

Ik i feel like im being waaaay to picky with what i want from a character.

So far my Fav 4 classes are

Ranger, Ele, Necro, and Mesmer. Warrior seems like the one i should play but they are just boring.

The requirements you listed can be applied to pretty much every class in the game.

But yeah, eles are one of the best classes in the game. They are hard to play, but rewarding when played right.

Ele D/D is strong in spvp if you know how to play it right. They’re also useful in wvw and pve but lvling them to 80 is really a nightmare.
And about warrior i can agree to a degree they’re boring when lvling but when you get him to 80 you’ll see the big difference. They have amazing survival ability, can deal tons of dame if you build full zerker. I used my dungeon tokens to buy 2 sets armor and every single weapon available for my warrior so i can switch builds depend on the situation.

Elementalist requires a skilled person controlling them in PvP or Roaming WvW. If you want to do basic PvE then go for Ele since they can do amazing DPS. Staff Ele’s are always needed in WvW for Might stacking, Healing and Stun.

Mesmer/Ele for the first 30-60 levels can be annoying. You will die a lot but when you hit 80 you will see a big difference, which is the same as any character.

Rangers/Necro are good starting builds with Traps + Pet(Ranger), Wells + Minions (Necro) to help you along the way.

With out going in to details, from what you are describing, I would suggest ele or engineer. Both provide ample mobility and support whilst still maintaining hybrid damage and excellent roaming capabilities.
I would argue to go ele for burst and engineer for sustained, although all classes can be played to suit any role and the differences are often negligible when it comes to number crunching.

I was a bit like you at the beginning. What I can tell you is that:
.don’t go warrior or guardian because there are too many of them. Same for female human btw.
.I personally found Necromancers boring.
.Never tried Ranger, but for a beginner don’t roll one because they’re the worst at everything, even though I like them.
.so you got ele, thief, Mesmer or engi to pick
. I don’t think you can go wrong with any if those, but it really depends on what part of the game you’d like to focus more.
.If you want good for everything, elementalist is the best out of those options, followed by Mesmer and thief. Engis are not great in PvE, but good fun in PvP/WvW
