In the Straits of Devastation

the Skill point in the SW part of map called “Statue of Balthazar”

the area is contested and has been for a LONG time. I’ll assume the area must be friendly to me, but then is it your basic “veteran” toughness skill point?

The area is a known bug-area and so is the skillpoint. It has a tendecy to get stuck. Due to a maintance update (somewhere around the time you posted this) it is prolly unstuck now.
