Hi everyone

i have a small problem. I really like gw2 but none of my friends play the game.
if been playing solo for quite some time. And the game is losing my intrest. But i know the game has lots more the offer, i’m only lvl 36 and there is lots of stuff that i still want to do. But it is to boring to play alone.

Now for my question.

i’m looking for some players that have skype and like to play together. i’m not in a guild or anyting so hopping server is no problem for me.

Well hope i can find some players that i can play with to make to game more interesting for me agen.

Can I ask why you don’t join a guild?

Skype is usually pretty bad for game play which is why people use teamspeak or mumble or ventrilo, which are all free.

The difference is, those other programs have a lower overhead so they won’t lag out your game as much and vice verssa.

You are always welcome to post in this thread. We use a guild as a chat hub to bring players together when they are looking to support each other and find people to play with.

Many of our players are working on levelling their main character or an alt. I don’t know how many of them use or would use skype but we do have a vent channel you could use.

Are you based on an NA or EU server?

What they said. Think also in your server there are probably people who scream their Guild recruitment in LA or other places.
Try to inform yourself a bit how they are (pve, pvp, wvw, good/bad reputation, big/small guild,…) and choose one. 70% (no statesticly proven) of them should have a Teamspeak or something.

You’d be better off joining a guild rather than trying to put together a group of people from different guilds. For most people, playing with guildmates takes priority. Once you join a guild, the friendships start to form more naturally than this sort of thing. Shop around until you find a guild with the right size, activities and people for you.
