Hey guys,

I’m coming back to the game after a long time away from it. I hopped on my level 32 ranger and it just wasn’t very fun for me playing alone and doing the same things over and over. I’m looking for someone who wants to start a new character with me and play together and experience everything that GW2 has to offer.

I’m usually available quite often and am open to playing any type of class, but I usually roll humans. Let me know if you’re interested!

I’ve got a lvl 10 asura mesmer, get your new toon to lvl5 and we can roll togheter

What server are you on? I’d love a partner too, it is boring on your own doing the Hearts and things :/ I’m on Gunnar’s Hold (EU, not US)

I’m thinking about rerolling as well, we could probably all 4 queue up and level?

I’m on Ruins of Surmia EU server, i don’t spend much time on my lvl 10 mesmer tho, usually i’m farming in southsun or orr for gold to get the commander compedium but whisper me ingame Undertakerrrr and i’ll jump on my mesmer for a while.

Well, i need to think about which class i want to play first of all :P
I’ve been thinking about rerolling either a mesmer, or a warrior (i got both lvl 80, but im not satisfied with the race)
I also had a ranger and a guardian in mind..

Suggestions? ^^

I would say mesmer and race asura ^^

why is that? :P
i got a lvl 80 asura mesmer already, but im not sure if i like it for pve tbh..
i feel like if i buy expensive exotics, maybe even legendaries, it would be a waste..

not worth buying a legendary weapon, thats just for looks not for dmg, and exotic equal to a legendary in stats.

Why mesmer? mesmer can be a killah in wvw 1v1, and in pve it can handle a handfull of higher lvl mobs.

My only regret in GW2 is that i created a warrior first, now i can’t change my main because i allready spent a kitten load of gold and time equiping him with the best stuff.

I created my mesmer a few days ago, but as i said previosly i’m more on my main because i’m farming gold. So i don’t really play him, but want to get him eventually to lvl 80 with full exotics and all the works

yeah, i meant.. why asura mesmer and not human? :P
One of the reasons i’m thinking about rerolling is because i never really geared my asura mesmer, cause im not sure if i like the asura for pve (it has been lvl 80 for about a month now) ..
Also i’d like some visible gear for my mesmer :P

Well i did fight some asura mesmers in WvW and i don’t know…maybe because they are so small i could not target the real one and keept selecting the illusions for my bladetrail or throw axe or shield bash, skills that stuns the enemy. Maybe i’m wrong, but from my experience in Aion, the smaller the better for pvp + asuras are cute and i like how they dance while standing still with a weapon drawed.
The bad part about asuras is that because they are so small, weapons and gear are not really that visible, then again when your a enemy is facing you ( a player enemy) he dosn’t really look at you stuff, he just wants to kill you xD.

If you want nice visible armour and weapons, then go for human or norn or charr.

Yeah, if i reroll the mesmer, i’d gear it a lot, with some freaking good items (Ascended, legendaries probably, nice exotics and kitten :P)

But for now, im just farming and farming, and not even sure which class i want to put all the effort into

I am on Fergunson’s Crossing. I am thinking about rolling another Human Ranger if anyone is interested.

If you got the credit card or paciente to gather all the stuff for a legendary go ahead, but as i said its just for looks nothing more. Ascended items are nice, but hard to get, i just got myself an ascended amulat and now i’m saving up laurels to buy the magical infusion that is like 20 laurels

well, i’m farming, and i got like 400g, its not like i HATE farming, i mean.. its not the funniest thing, but its.. ok..
yeah, i dont run fotm, but im saving up laurels so i can get full AC gear someday, i got 70 laurels as we speak ^^

Well, i’m currently at 67gold, with 33 left to farm until i can get my commander badge, after that i’ll start saving gold for armour + weapons for my asura mesmer.

I have to ask, why do you want a legendary weapon? as i said before its just for looks and in my opinion a waste of money but hey if you want it go for it, but depending on the legendary you want, the main component in any legendary is very expensive, for example for the twilight greatsword, the dusk atm is like more then 500 gold.

well, its not only the legendaries, but the anormy, or whatever its called (a focus) do also seems to be better on human, just in general the bigger weapons/armors :P

you can get a pretty sweet exotic weapon with less then 200 gold :P

I’m pretty active I can be on just about whenever. I wouldn’t say I’m very familiar with GW2, I leveled a ranger up to 32 but just quested and not much else. I really cant decide what character to play… any suggestions?

Well, depends what u wanna play? pve, wvw, spvp?

2. get ingame
3. go to PVP button, click on go to the heart of the mists
4. join a fast battle match
5. See how the class works and if you like it
6. repeat all the above until you find the class you like.

Thats the best way to find the class you like.
