New Computer
Are you planning to run at medium settings?
I use intel i5 3570 with gtx 660 Ti SLi (thats two cards) and with that setup i run at highest quality and zero lagg at big zerg fights.. Usually at 60 fps all the time. This setup isnt expensive these days.
But it all depends on what quality you want to play with. I might also add that an SSD drive is allways good for gaming
Im fine with medium settings as long as I dont have problems with lagg in wvw
I use GTX 560 and play on WvWvW on max settings w/o lag.

I will go with GTX 660 as well then tnx
As a prebuilt system goes, it’s adequate. It’s Intel’s cheapest Ivy Bridge quad core coupled with a fair GPU. Don’t expect 60fps at 1080p resolutions with all the settings maxed out but if you choose your settings wisely, mainly the culling ones along with reflections and shadows, you should be able handle WvW zergs at 30fps.
But as others pointed out, there are alternatives to both the CPU and GPU that are not that much more expensive that would perform considerably better.
