Q:
does the new account transfer value limit increase with Level or time?
i bought a new account for storage and now i can not send the stuff back to my other account…. hoping i can just wait it out…

Why not create a private guild for your 2 accounts and use the guild storage to transfer items?
(anyhow, I don’t know about the tranfer value limit)
yeah that is what I did, limit is not just on mail it is also on transferring to anything in anyway, including guild banks.. even had character as leader of the guild
