New pc
Same in-game settings?
Record your CPU temps before you start the game and while it’s running.
You can also update the GPU drivers. Sometimes you can run into an issue where it downthrottles itself.

Settings are totally the same, even lower now.
GPU drivers updated also.

I’d take a look and see what temperature your CPU is running at. If it gets too hot, it’ll throttle down.

Does seem like a cooling problem, sometimes – rare – the CPU cooler is not correctly fitted (also transporting the PC unit around can dis-lodge the cooler enough to make a huge difference with nothing visibility awry). This sort of problem would only appear on high graphics loading on the CPU, otherwise you don’t notice it (with the i7 processor it is not at all easy to casually max the loading out!).
Monitoring the CPU temp and/or frequency will determine if this is the cause.
First of all this would be better placed in the Account/Technical Support forum, may be a mod can move it there for you.
About your problem- if you already checked your temperatures and they are fine, make sure that your GPU runs via 16x PCIe, reseating the card in the slot might solve this issue. Here is some information about it: https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/support/support/FPS-dropped-after-hardware-update
If that doesn’t help, downgrading your nVidia drivers might help, seems like the latest driver version has some issues with GW2.

Thanks for all the answers.
Already sorted the problem.
The videocard gets up the 95 degrees which ofcourse causes the lag.
I might put the mainboard in another case.
Hope that will sort the problem. With this mainboard i dont have the option to put it into pci slot (cheap kitten mobo)
Found out my problem stupid mode activated
There was like a kilo of dust in it.
My fan of the videocard stopped moving after i switched it to the new pc.
So i should be glad it didn’t die on me
