Just starting to play and I can’t figure out how to get to the bank. I’m lvl 7 and my bags are full of crafting mats.

If you just want to drop off crafting mats you don’t need to go to a bank. Click on the cog icon in the top right corner of your inventory and select ‘Deposit All Materials’, they’ll be moved over automatically.

To access the bank generally you need to find a banker. Look for a round yellow symbol with a black ‘bag’ icon in the middle.

There aren’t any bankers in the low level maps, you’ll need to go to the nearest city, which is directly behind where you started when you got out of the introduction instance.

If you can’t find it let us know where you are at the moment and we can give you directions, or ask in-game.

Also if you find any crafting stations, which each starting zone has somewhere in it, each and every crafting station acts as a bank. Just click on the bank tab on the left of the station’s ui panel.

You can craft straight from the bank, no need to withdraw things to use them. But if you do want to view or extract your deposited mats, click the little grid of squares tab at a bank or crafting station to see your storage.

Is this a Free or Full account? F2P brings restrictions, such as having to get to a certain level before going into a city.

True but all starter zones have a crafting area and through there you can access your bank slots and material storage. But they are in the higher level areas of the zone and by the time you feel comfortable traveling there you will likely also be high enough level to enter the race cities on a P4F account.
