Does anyone know why the Plush Quaggan Backpack Cover on the gem store is locked for free accounts?
It says you need Heart of Thorns to purchase it, but that doesn’t make sense because the only other Style items which are locked are gliders (which makes sense since you can’t use them at all without HoT).
Not a big deal for me since I’m not going to buy gems on my free account, but it surprised me when I saw it.
Probably just a bug and if you don’t need to buy gems on your free account. You can buy the item and gift it to your free account.
It is not a bug, as f2p account you can not buy the quagan backpack in the gemstore.
