Nobody can fix my Quaggan

I’ve asked all around and none of the tailors can fix my poor Quaggan’s eye. His left eye was almost cut off during a battle outside of Lions Arch and I simply don’t have the skills to fix it. Does anyone know of a tailor with these capabilities? Just want to save poor Jared’s eye.

I can’t believe the adorable quaggan backpack has a wonky eye…ruins it for me. Seriously, why would they make it like that? It looks so tacky. -__-
