What are the non-random ways of obtaining L80 exotics?

Dungeon traders
Orr temple vendors
Crafting
WvW vendor
Trading post

Yes, as long as you don’t count structured PvP stuff that’s free for everyone.

That’t quite a few ways, actually.

Also, map completion of high end areas such as Cursed Shore, Malchor’s Leap, and other high end areas (Fireheart Rise? The volcano area?).

Not sure if it’s always 100% but I’ve gotten 2 exotics at once multiple times on different characters. And I mean… they ARE random in a sense, but exotic quality is not. If you know what I mean.
