Hello im new to the game and had a few questions so please bear with me if this is the wrong section for this post. I bought a broom and backpack from the gem store on one of my characters but would like to move it to another. Is this possible? Or is it stuck on the one character i was using it on. Also when i click the backpack its asking me some weird question about transmorph or something like that.. thought i just click it and put it on lol…can anyone please advice me on how to use that and how to go about switching the broom to another character on the same account please. Also where are banques located in the game. Are they only accessed through the crafting stations? Thanks much

The broom should be account bound so you should be able to use it on a different character by placing it in your bank(the bank being shared between characters).

Not sure about Quaggan backpack. Is possible that the white backpack piece you get with the quaggan is account bound, but if you use it on a different type of backpack then it will be soulbound so you wont be able to use it on a different character.

You should be able to toss the broom in the bank’s storage and pick it up on another character.

Banks are located in all major cities, on the map they are depicted with a money bag symbol, and as you know, they can also be accessed at all crafting stations.

The backpack is only a skin, its not an item. You apply it to another back item using the transform window that opens which you have experienced already. All you need to do is get a back item you want to use, choose the quaggan skin, choose the stats from the other back piece, choose the upgrade item from the other back piece (if there is one), and hit the ‘OK’ button at the bottom.

The Quaggan backpack is a skin which you will have to transmute on to one of your backpieces simply transmute and you can wear it. The broom is tradeable to your other characters through the bank. And banks can be found in all capital cities or at trading stations. Just look for the icon on your map.
