Guild Wars 2

I recently made a Vision of the Mists and was planning to sell it for profit. I had a Superior Rune of Perception laying around so I added it to the sword to possibly increase the value in the TP.
The sword is not showing up as a trade item when I open the BLion trading interface.
The tooltip says, “Soulbound on Use” and has not been equipped by any character, yet it will not give me the option to sell if I R-click on it or click the “Sell my stuff” tab.

All I would like to do is sell this like I intended. Help?

Whenever you add a rune to armor or sigil to a weapon, the item becomes soulbound. You are warned of this before you can upgrade the item. Unfortunately, you can no longer sell your Visions of the Mists.

I believe that sometimes (maybe more often than that), the text on the item fails to properly update.
