Why can’t I see them for sale under the “Scrolls” tab (or any tab for that matter) from the Heroics Notary vendor? Yes, to stave off the obvious (did not read the OP properly) replies, I am visiting the vendor with a character that doesn’t have all Central Tyrian hero challenges completed. Yes, I can see the superior siege under the “Blueprints” tab. Yes, I have 114 Proof of Heroics to spend.

Ahh, well the Wiki does say you must have Heart of Thorns:

I suppose a note on the Notarized Scroll of Heroics page is warranted, as well.

Well, I suppose it’s obvious you have Heart of Thorns, since you can see the Blueprints. Does the vendor offer the Core Tyria Scrolls on other characters? Does the vendor offer HoT Scrolls for this character?

Have you tried a -repair of the client, in case of corrupted file(s)? Contacted the CS Team via the ‘Support’ link?

No, and no (although the last was expected since it is vanilla).

It might be time to update the wiki if it’s again a HoT gated currency/item.

I went ahead and changed the individual wiki pages for the scrolls to avoid future confusion from others like me who won’t be getting HoT in the foreseeable future/ever.

I had left a note, as well. Glad you took the initiative. =)
