Guild Wars 2

Hey all. I am currently rank 7 but I’m still in the default sPvP gear and I’m wondering how I can obtain some new gear. I have opened about a dozen Rabbit boxes but all of them contain side-grades and random fluff. At what point can I stop looking as bad as I do?

You will have to get a PvP salvage kit and salvage any PvP gear you happen to get out of the chests in order to make new gear. You will then have to put the salvaged stuff plus like tokens which come from each rank and combine all this different stuff in the Mystic Forge. I suggest looking up a good guide for the different recipes but it is pretty much all set stuff in PvP.

I’ve got better gear from chests after rank 20 or so. About salvaging and using mystic forge…I’ve tried many combinations, but somehow I always get same stuff that i get from chests. I guess you’ll have to play tournaments to get some better mystic forge stuff to combine for better looking armor and weapons.
