There is a skin that I have been thinking about buying off the TP but I need to know something about it before I pull the trigger on it. When I hover over the preview it says that the skin has “one time ability”. Does this mean it isn’t permanently stored in my wardrobe once I unlock it? It is a pricey skin, so I don’t want to buy it if I can only use it once. On the other hand, I thought it might mean it was free to apply once, and then after that it would cost a transmutation charge. Does anyone know what this means exactly? Thanks.

It means that the skin consumable you buy can only be used once to apply that skin. After that, you’ll have to use the wardrobe to assign it using transmutation charges.
