This set armors can be classified to what quality? Their total defense is lower than level 80 exotic ones…I want to get the whisper medium armor but compared to other exotic level 80 gears they are weaker.

They’re Rare quality.

You can always buy the order set and use it as a skin on an exotic set.

The Whispers armor isn’t meant to be used for stats, it’s meant to be used for cosmetic reasons.

Then why have stats on them at all :P

Some armors and weps in GW2 are really pointless. If they are going to be for cosmetics, then 1) price them accordingly 2) dont give them stats.

Seems like you’re nitpicking a bit. Whispers armor (along with all the Cultural Armor/Weapon) is supposed to be a money sink. Odd how I hardly see anyone complaining that the racial armor has the same problem.
