I am trying to get a large collection of achievements, and I noticed the Orr Explorer achievement hasn’t been unlocked… I looked on my map and everything in Orr shows 100% complete, all locations, skill points, points of interest, vistas, everything. I’ve been everywhere… What am I supposed to do to unlock this achievement??

There’s an area of the map you haven’t uncovered, my bet regarding Orr would be on the Artesian Waters in Cursed Shore.

Otherwise, I’d suggest you go on that page and cross-check all areas from your map.

Check the ocean at the south end of straits of devastation, below where the mainland ends. There’s nothing there to collect for map completion but there is a named area that counts for “explorer.”

I did what you suggested but still nothing…
