In Malchor’s leap at a karma vendor there’s a brestplate that I like called “Pagga’s Brestplate”. Does anyone know if there’s a set of leggings that match it? So far I’ve not seen any.

I am not sure, but check out Dark Armor. I think that is the breastplate from Pagga’s.
If it is the wiki says the leggings are soul at Signal Peak Waypoint at Straits of Devastation.
