Yes, the whole point of this change was to prevent graveyard zerging bosses. So until everyone is out of combat or your party wipes, you can’t respawn.

I’m guessing… this will be awful for like 99% of legit players trying to complete a dungeon… farming runs will get even more elitist and regular players simply attempting to complete a dungeon will massively suffer because of a couple of farmers…

I don’t even think I’ll bother since these dungeons seem way beyond my skill level. Unless they nerfed health and damage so they are more forgiving it seems too harsh. I’m guessing though that these changes are only a small part of the updates to dungeons still coming in the upcoming months.
I’ll see how it goes before I decide if this change upsets me or not.
Subject Alpha for example is going to be horrible…

Wow, this is going to make CoF magg path impossible… There’s no way you can you can last against all the mobs for 2 minutes.
They redesigned the Magg path they said, I haven’t seen it yet though… because yea, everyone and their mom knows that path is essentially a suicide mission…
On the other hand SE story will now be be 100% impossible to complete…

First, they revamped CoF Magg so it’ll be easier.
Second, even before the revamp I’ve been in groups that were able to kill fast enough/stay fluid enough to complete the event without going down. Admittedly these kinds of groups were quite rare.
This will, hopefully, make people care more about their team & revive party-members before they die permanently, this will add another level of teamwork. I’ve been waiting for this, thank you ANet!
