Guild Wars 2

Hello!
So I came back to play GW2 after some months, I noticed that there was alot going on (living stories, etc,…), which cannpt be played unless you pay with gems. So I decided to donate and today I bought paysafecard at nearby selling centre. But here is the problem. I bought paysafe and i got 16 digit code. When i come to black lion store i can select paysafecard, country and everything. But it disturbs me that after that step i would have to enter my adress,….my personal details. I mean i am not buying paysafe, i already bought it, I jus need window where i can put my paysafe code and get my gems. So is there a way to simply put code in and get my gems, or will i really have to buy it again?

The same thing is happening to me! except I have entered all my information because I’ve bought gems before but whenever I try to confirm my order it takes me back to the first page and says ‘’Payment Autorization Failed’’ and I cant do nothing !

P.S. I live in Switzerland

Yeah i have also entered my information and i got same error (i said kind of f*** it, i will spend those 10€ in other game), but since even this doesnt work I am on start again and i want to enter that 16 code digit somewhere so i can finally get my gems and play those personal stories i missed :/

Well if it’s happening to the both of us, it may be something wrong with paysafe
