You didn’t mention the resolution and quality you want to run the game, but yes, both will run the game (likely at medium settings at 1080p).

The only issue I have is the SSD… Windows will take up at least 20Gb and GW2 another 30Gb, so you won’t have much space left if you want to install other games/programs.

Well i can buy a desktop for like 750 euro can you show me some good choice ?

That Asus is quite interesting… I assumed it was a laptop based of the specs but its a small desktop with laptop internals. On Asus’s website, it does have a 2.5" HDD expansion slot, so you could add an extra HDD if you needed.

Anyway, for that price point, I’d suggest something along these lines:
