Are the new permanent finisher moves visible to other players or only the owner can see it? I am referring to the impaling moves when players are downed.
I ask because I have not seen any other player display them.

That’s why they added Permanent Finisher moves. Because before you could only use one like once.

People don’t get them or use them much so making it permanent could be the solution to make people more interested in them.

If you dont get the straight asnwer here then
I recommend testing this theory with a friend in PvP server and see if you see what he does.

Then come back and let us know by posting it here for those who also might have the same question.

You can and other plays can see them i think its because people really haven’t bothers or maybe don’t notice the tab for the finishers to turn them on. I personally like the bunny finisher, just because i like bunnies
