Guild Wars 2

I’m supposed to “Negotiate with the scrappers for the other half of the key.” And, “talk to the leader of the suspicious scrappers,” but I am wandering all over and cannot for the life of me find who I am supposed to talk to. There are two “Suspicious Scrappers,” but they say “Isola does all my talkin’ for me.” I cannot find anyone named Isola either. Any help would be so deeply appreciated! Thanks.

It at least used to be one of the two suspicious scrappers started a cutscene (the left one, maybe) but you end up having to go see their leader Isola.

Isola is located in the Halrunting Plains area of Diessa and it is indeed her you should be talking to for the key after the scrappers (she will either fight or negotiate with you) before moving onto the second portion of that story step.

There was a bug a while back where Isola, and her accomplice Braugit were nowhere to be found. Check the whole of the Halrunting area and if you do not see them, submit a bug report in game (and make sure to check the box that says it is blocking your progress).
