Guild Wars 2

I’m trying to find the best server to pick for RP+PvP, for my roommates and I. Now I know that the game is still so fresh that it may not be very easy to say with much certainty; but I thought before we made our first characters that it would at least be good to ask if anyone had some suggestions.

Tarnished Coast is the unofficial US RP server .. Piken Square for Euro.

3 people from WoW’s Moon Guard server said that.. which kind of scares me. But thanks.

Moon Guard actually has a really good RP community outside of the trolls / crap that Blizzard doesn’t even try to cleanup.

ANet seems to be much better about enforcing the rules – so I wouldn’t worry about the ERP trolls invading.

There are definitely folk who RP on Tarnished Coast.
I’ve run into them in the taverns and in random locations in the world.

Sometimes, I even try to RP as well.

Tarnished Coast is also fairly strong at WvW – we have been in the lead in our battlegrounds most of the time since the start of the game.

Anyway, feel free to look me up if you come to Tarnished Coast. Always good to meet new folk and make new friends.
