Orr is always full of people, the traits there are not going to be a problem. I think (but I am not sure) that the mid range maps (lvl 30-60) are less populated.
In due time, all will serve the asura.

Don’t think you’ll get much trouble. If you don’t see anyone at the event try shouting in mapchat, you’ll likely get other people who want the trait suddenly running in.

If you really really have trouble (and I don’t see why you should) all traits can be purchased with coin and skill points. It’s not like you have to get them in world.
The only problem you’ll have is the Champion Overgrown Grub in EBG, because… wat.
Other than that, you should almost always have someone willing to help with all other traits.
