Message surpression is something else. Other than that you might want to remove names because that is actually not allowed here on the forum.

How do you know he reported you? Anyway, giving names on the forum is forbidden, and i can’t see how we can help you. We could organise a man hunt and burn that guy in holy fire, but apart from that, can’t really help you. Yeah, this guy wasn’t nice, but he did nothing wrong from a legal point of view. Maybe he didn’t see you, or maybe he wasn’t an english user.
Tl;dr: we’re sorry for you, but this forum is more about questions on builds or advices of any sort. Report him in game via the report button, but he probably won’t be punished for that. It’s just bad manner.

Does NOT mean he blocked you….
In fact it’s just the game’s way of telling you to S-Up you’re typing too much…
So he didnt ignore you or block you. It’s just part of the game mechanic.
