Guild Wars 2

So everyone who has ran a dungeon or two in GW2 knows it can get rough at times. Full group wipes and such are common, as such how do we treat the players who get upset or question the groups ability to finish the dungeon because of a few wipes. I am talking from a personal point of view and I understand not everyone will have had the same thing happen. However, I have had a few different people up and drop group after only a few wipes in AC. Are these players expecting the dungeon runs to be flawless? Are they WoW xfers who are use to the community looking down on groups that fight tooth and nail to get through a dungeon? I personally feel like the dungeons in GW2 are very tough and I love the fact that we struggle at times to get through them. Players that drop group mid way and abandon their party to finding another player for a partial dungeon run should at some point face some sort of backlash from the community. What does everyone else think?

I was in AC for the first time last night. The first group wiped at one point and only two of us stayed in group. The group leader recruited replacements and the second group successfully made it through the dungeon and had fun doing it.

I’m not sure why people abandon all hope right away. I guess some of us look at it as a challenge and others look at it as a frustration.

I think that the players that leave the group for example in the middle of a dungeon, they must pay something as return… or to be automatically “flagged” and if they do it again and again they will be restricted to play this “dungeon” for 24h…
