Guild Wars 2

Hi guys im am a returning player to guild wars 2 i haven’t played in a long time and due to the fact that i quit i no longer have all my account information

So i emailed the support team who have been helpful up to now . after a very long winded conversation they reset my account password since then i have sent them a furture 4 emails all saying THAT I NEED MY ACCOUNT NAME so that i can log in to the client
all the support team are doing to replying to my emails saying they have already reset my password … they arnt even reading what i am saying to them .

now im stuck not knowing what to do is there another way of finding out my account name ? or a way of making them read what i am saying to them ?

account name is email address. you don’t have too many of those, do you? and it should be the one in which you received password-reset mail

EDIT: actually.. if you are logged into forums you should see that email at top right

the account name on the client is your email. along with the email you need the password.

they cant give you what you already know and have.

hahah wow now i feel stupid they could of just told me that tho …..thanks guys
