My Mr cumcumber MKII (I call him like this) ate all my lasanga last night, and kicked my cat.

Heh, no. I’m talking about the in game mini pet called a Plush Griffon. You could make them during Wintersday, or buy one in the gem store.

I have one, and since the patch, it can’t swim any more, and was wondering if it was something wrong with my pet, or if any other owner also had this problem. Specifically, like all the other pets I have (which admittedly isn’t many, though the new lion cub does), it used to follow me into the water and swim, following me to dry land, and continuing after I come ashore. Now, it disappears as soon as I hit the water, and I have to conjure it again once I hit land. I don’t have many pets to test with, but the others don’t do this, they continue to swim as they did before the patch.

Unfortunately, underwater plushies are no more

Awww, I loved it’s funny little gliding motion.

I’m all for fixing bugs but this seems an odd one to go after. It didn’t do any harm (honestly I thought they were supposed to move like that) and if the only alternative is to disable them completely in water it seems like the “fix” has actually made things worse.

That’s really unfortunate. I hope they think of something better to do about that.

I agree with Danikat. My guildies and I always had a great laugh when our little plushie gryphies became “airplanes” under water.
