Guild Wars 2

I left back in 2013 because there was an exploit where folks from the opposing faction could see and target siege weapons placed far behind enemy walls – usually using a large monitor and zooming out really far. Is this still a problem or has it been fixed? I found it kinda pointless to go to all the trouble of placing siege defense weapons that the enemy could destroy without breaching the walls.

They have added so you can zoom out a lot more in the game and can see the siege more easy, but fixed so you can’t reach the siege inside if los, which most are by now, since new borderlands.
My suggestion is that you come back and try it out and see if you are satisfied with the fixes.
