Out of curiosity, let’s say I have all ascended accessories, is there no accessory thats ascended that will let me apply my Poly-luminescent Undulating Refractor to glow orange?

correct, there is no upgrade slot for an upgrade of that type on ascended gear.

That’s lame, I wanted to glow xD

I tossed it on a blue trinket and equip it when it’s time to glow. Like that it’s still account bound to chuck on other chars.
Also make sure that whatever trinket you put it on can black lion salvage it out…
