I was just wondering if it is possible to change your hairstyle, or anything about your appearance in general after already creating your character. Thanks !

Nope. Probably in the future, though.

I feel like they should allow basic changes in appearance like hair, adding tattoos, realistic things like that

I’d love to be able to do this as well, something like either editing your character’s appearance in the lobby just like in Aion anytime you like {correct me if I’m mistaken} or paying gems/gold for it, it’d be fine for me either way. It really does get old after so long.

In the original Guild Wars game, A-Net offered Stylists that could change your appearance (including hair, face, etc.). You had to buy credits for the Stylists from the In-Game store (for real money). Not sure if GW2 would offer this or not, but if it’s a way for them to make extra money, I would say it’s possible.
